The Shirt

This year is weathered silver ink on a heathered black shirt. It’s gonna be AWESOME!

All 5K runners receive a T-shirt printed right here in Oviedo at a shop located in a building on the National Register of Historic Places (it’s along the race route – Atticus Printing)! The ink on them is 100% non-toxic, because we don’t want your race T-shirt to be the cause of your death!

  • Traditional ink used in T-shirt printing contains heavy metals & phalates (both known to cause cancer), but our race shirts use 100% non-toxic ink.

At The Oviedo Preservation Project (TOPP), we believe it’s important to shop local and to be good stewards of our natural and cultural resources. To further this mission, this year’s race T-shirt is made as close to home as we could manage while taking into consideration style preferences expressed by our runners last year. We hope you’ll wear it often and share its story! (Runners who would like a tech shirt may elect to upgrade their registration for $10. Our official “standard” is a cotton T-shirt.)
